Fowler and Stephen Branca have played together in bands since
1979 and started writing music as partners in 1981. They own and
operate "Seasong Recording Studio 2" in Smithville, NJ, where
they write and record music for the record industry, advertising
and other projects. In 1990 they signed on with Silver Wave Records
(Boulder, CO) and released their first CD "The Face On Cydonia"
in November, 1991. The Album was received favorably by radio stations
in the U.S. and abroad reaching into the Top15 on all the NAC/AA
